With part of the firewall out of the way I can now start to build the coolant system. Imposed on this picture is the flow of the coolant and the use of the brass T junction.

Here again is that brass junction. I got this at Home Depot for a few bucks. | |

Looking from under the van this is the flow of the coolant The left part of the photo is towards the back of the van. |

For the flow out to the rad I used a 1.5" chrome pipe as my junction to the existing VW hose - the one that goes over the tranny. | |
